ANTI-ALLERGY BLEND

Refresh is a beautiful 100% pure blend of lavender, lemon, and peppermint. This blend does wonders for seasonal allergies by reducing the body's inflammatory response, not to mention it is such a beautiful scent, and will even keep the bugs at a distance. We recommend keeping this oil with you wherever you go to reduce allergies and stress throughout the day. You can add it to a jewelry or car diffuser, or even a simple cotton ball.

Practical Benefits and Uses​

• Allergies- Add 4 drops to 1 tsp carrier oil. Massage onto the back and sides of neck. Alternatively, you can inhale directly from the bottle for relief
• Insect Repellent- Combine 12 drops Refresh essential oil blend,  1 tsp carrier oil, 4 oz distilled water in a small dark spray bottle. Mist over skin to deter insects.
• Stress- Add 10 drops to an air diffuser. Inhale as needed. Alternatively you could add to a jewelry diffuser.

Can Be Used for

• Aromatherapy diffuser- Add 10 drops to a diffuser. 
• In a bath- 5 drops essential oil, 1 Tbsp carrier oil, 4 oz Epsom salts. Combine first, then add to running water.
• In massage oil blend- Always test on an insensitive area for skin sensitivity. Add essential oil to preferred carrier oil.

Cautions

• If applying an essential oil to your skin, always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body after you have properly diluted it with a preferred carrier oil. 
• Do not apply topically to children under 6 years of age.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not take internally unless supervised by a physician or aromatherapist.
• If you are pregnant or nursing consult a healthcare practitioner or aromatherapist before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Direct contact with essential oils are dangerous to cats.
• Don't let diffuser run continuously. Always take breaks after 30-60 minutes of running time.​
