5-10 drops pine needle oil optional complimentary oils DIRECTIONS Add pine needle oil to a diffuser. Combine complimentary, energizing oils if desired. Allow to run for 30-60 minutes at a time. |

5 drops pine needle oil 1 Tbsp carrier oil 4 oz epsom salts DIRECTIONS Combine all items in a small bowl. Add to warm running water, sit back and breathe deep. |
