ARTHRITIS RUB

INGREDIENTS
4 drops pine needle oil
1 oz coconut oil

​DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients together in a small bottle or bowl. Rub into sore joints. 

ANTISEPTIC SPRAY

INGREDIENTS
12 drops pine needle oil
2 oz distilled water
1 oz white vinegar

​DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a small, dark spray bottle. Shake well before each use.

FATIGUE

INGREDIENTS
​5-10 drops pine needle oil
optional complimentary oils

​DIRECTIONS
Add pine needle oil to a diffuser. Combine complimentary, energizing oils if desired. Allow to run for 30-60 minutes at a time.

RESPIRATORY BATH

INGREDIENTS
5 drops pine needle oil
1 Tbsp carrier oil
4 oz epsom salts

​DIRECTIONS
Combine all items in a small bowl. Add to warm running water, sit back and breathe deep.

HOUSEHOLD CLEANER

INGREDIENTS
20 drops pine needle oil
3/4 gal. distilled water
1/4 cup castile soap

​DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a 1 gallon container. Use as needed and store in a cool, dark location.

INSECT REPELLANT

INGREDIENTS
12 drops pine needle oil
1 tsp carrier oil
4 oz distilled water

DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a small, dark spray bottle. Shake well before use. Mist over body.

Safety suggestions- Only allow diffuser to run for 30-60 minutes at a time. For topical use, do a skin patch test to ensure there is no sensitivity. Pine oil is topical safe for children 2 years and older. Know the safety suggestions associated with essential oils and pets. Evergreen, spice, citrus, tea tree, peppermint, and eucalyptus should never come in direct contact with cats. Keep out of reach of children.
