HOUSEHOLD CLEANER

INGREDIENTS
2 cups distilled water
1 cup white vinegar
30 drops lime oil

​DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a glass spray bottle. Shake before each use. Spray onto surface. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before wiping clean.

DIGESTION

INGREDIENTS
4 drops lime oil
1 Tbsp carrier oil

​DIRECTIONS
Blend ingredients together in palm of hand. In a circular motion, massage over lower abdomen after eating.

10 drops lime oil​​
optional complimentary oils

​DIRECTIONS
Add lime oil to a diffuser. Combine complimentary oils if desired. Allow to run for 30-60 minutes at a time.

INGREDIENTS
3+ drops lime oil
1 Tbsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in the palm of your hand. Rub over infected area multiple times daily.

INGREDIENTS
5 drops lime oil
1 Tbsp carrier oil
4 oz epsom salts

DIRECTIONS
Combine all items in a small bowl. Add to warm running water, sit back and relax.

Lime  oil is topical safe for children 2 years and older. Lime is a photosensitive oil. Avoid sunlight for 12-24 hours after applying topically to your skin.
