ANTIMICROBIAL

INGREDIENTS
20 drops fennel oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup distilled water

​DIRECTIONS
In a glass spray bottle combine all ingredients. Spray over surfaces and allow to sit for 15 minutes before wiping away. Add complimentary oils if desired.

DIGESTION

INGREDIENTS
4 drops fennel oil
1/2 Tbsp carrier oil

​DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in the palm of your hand. Rub over your lower abdomen post  meal using a circular motion.

HICCUPS

INGREDIENTS
​2 drops fennel oil
1/2 cup warm water

​DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients. Sip on this to relieve hiccups. Only ingest essential oils after consulting your physician or aromatherapist. Fennel is not safe to ingest if you are pregnant, nursing, have endometriosis, or an estrogen-related cancer.

SKIN ISSUES

INGREDIENTS
5 drops fennel oil
1/2 Tbsp coconut oil

Combine ingredients in the palm of your hand. Massage over affected areas.

2 drops fennel oil

 Add 2 drops to a jewelry diffuser or inhale directly from the bottle to reduce food cravings.
